The Sanctions & Security Research Program is a project of the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame, in collaboration with the Fourth Freedom Forum.

The program collaborates with the Special Program on the International Targeted Sanctions (SPITS) at Uppsala University's Department of Peace and Conflict Research, and also with the UN Targeted Sanctions Consortium, based at The Graduate Institute, Geneva and the Watson Institute at Brown University.
